1. About these Adult Terms
These SoulAI Adult Terms (“Adult Terms”) apply to the SoulAI Adult web and progressive web app (PWA) experience (“SoulAI Adult”). They set additional rules for eligibility, adult content, verification, and related use of SoulAI Adult.
These Adult Terms supplement the SoulAI Terms of Service and Privacy Policy where those documents apply. If there is a conflict on a topic specific to SoulAI Adult, these Adult Terms control for that Adult-specific topic. Topics not covered here remain governed by the SoulAI Terms and Privacy Policy, as applicable.
2. 18+ eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a SoulAI account. SoulAI Adult is only for persons aged 18 or older. You must not access, attempt to access, or use SoulAI Adult if you are under 18. The ordinary SoulAI Service is also for adults aged 18 or older, but it does not include explicit Adult Mode content, explicit Adult media, or Adult AI routing.
SoulAI may require age assurance or age verification before Adult features can be used. Confirming that you are 18 or older in the product (including by checking an acknowledgement box) is a self-attestation only. Self-attesting 18+ does not itself constitute successful age verification, Adult Access verification, or permission to use Adult Mode.
Access to Adult features can remain unavailable until any required verification succeeds and any other eligibility conditions are met. Adult Mode may remain disabled even after successful verification.
3. Fictional AI companions
SoulAI companions are artificial, fictional AI characters. They are not real people, and they are not conscious beings. Adult companions are represented as adults.
Companion responses, messages, and images may be generated by artificial intelligence systems. AI output may sometimes be inaccurate, unexpected, inconsistent, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should not treat AI statements as factual, professional, medical, legal, financial, or other advice, and you should not rely on them as statements about real people or real events.
4. Adult content
Where available, the verified SoulAI Adult experience may include sexually expressive conversation, sexting, adult roleplay, fantasies, nudity, and explicit AI-generated character media.
Not every Adult feature is available at all times. Feature availability depends on product rollout, eligibility, verification status, regional rules, and other controls. Adult Mode may remain disabled even after you accept these Adult Terms.
5. Strictly prohibited content
You must not request, create, upload, share, or attempt to obtain any of the following through SoulAI Adult (or otherwise in connection with SoulAI):
- any sexual content involving minors, or persons who are or are presented as under 18;
- attempts to age down an Adult character into a minor, or to portray an Adult character as under 18 in a sexual context;
- incest involving minors;
- child sexual abuse material;
- sexual exploitation or trafficking;
- non-consensual sexual abuse content where prohibited by applicable law;
- sexual content involving a real person without appropriate rights and consent;
- coercive or exploitative requests that violate applicable law;
- attempts to circumvent age verification, Adult-content safeguards, access controls, or safety systems; or
- other illegal content under applicable law.
SoulAI may refuse, filter, interrupt, or restrict requests and may take enforcement action where prohibited content or circumvention is detected or reasonably suspected. These Adult Terms describe user obligations; they do not define internal moderation algorithms or guarantee that every prohibited request will be detected before refusal or enforcement.
6. Consent, preferences, and boundaries
Adult interactions should remain within supported product boundaries. Where preference or boundary controls are offered, you may configure them to help shape your experience.
Agreeing to these Adult Terms is contractual acceptance of these Adult Terms and an 18+ self-attestation for the Adult flow. It is not blanket GDPR consent for processing Article 9 / sexual-orientation / sex-life data. Any separate privacy consent required for sensitive preference data is handled under the Privacy Policy and related product notices, not by Adult Terms acceptance alone.
SoulAI may refuse, interrupt, filter, or restrict requests that violate safety rules, applicable law, product policy, these Adult Terms, or another person’s rights. Agreeing to these Adult Terms does not guarantee that every requested fantasy, message, image, or other piece of content will be generated or delivered.
7. Age verification and privacy
Age verification may be carried out by an approved age-verification provider. Verification information is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy and the provider’s own disclosures.
SoulAI does not need to receive all identity or biometric material processed by the verification provider merely to determine eligibility. SoulAI may receive limited status or session information needed to record whether verification succeeded, failed, expired, or was revoked.
For a fuller description of personal-data practices, see the Privacy Policy. These Adult Terms do not replace that policy.
8. Account access and enforcement
Adult access may be denied, restricted, suspended, or revoked where required for failed or invalid verification, violations of these Adult Terms or other applicable SoulAI terms, legal or compliance requirements, or abuse or circumvention attempts.
Enforcement decisions are based on the circumstances of the account and the applicable rules. Completing acknowledgement or verification steps does not prevent later restriction if eligibility, safety, or legal conditions are no longer met.
9. Subscriptions and paid features
Where paid Adult services are offered, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, applicable consumer information, and any legally required withdrawal information will be presented at or before checkout. Specific prices and billing rules are not stated in these Adult Terms until paid checkout is live.
Nothing in these Adult Terms asks you to waive statutory withdrawal, cooling-off, or refund rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law. Specific cancellation and billing rules will be stated when the live billing and checkout flow is available.
10. Availability
SoulAI Adult features may not be available in every country or region. Availability can depend on applicable law, age-verification support, product rollout, and operational readiness.
Successful acceptance of these Adult Terms does not itself guarantee Adult feature access. Adult Mode and related Adult capabilities may remain unavailable even after Terms acceptance and, where applicable, successful age verification.
11. Separation from Google Play
SoulAI Adult is a separate web and PWA experience. Explicit Adult functionality described in these Adult Terms is not offered through the Google Play version of SoulAI.
12. Intellectual property and user content
Ownership, licence, and intellectual-property rules for user-submitted material follow the SoulAI Terms of Service. These Adult Terms do not grant SoulAI any broader ownership of private user content than those Terms provide.
For Adult-specific use, you must have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any material you submit, upload, or request SoulAI to process. You must not submit material that infringes another person’s rights or that violates Section 5.
13. Changes to these Adult Terms
SoulAI may update these Adult Terms from time to time. Material updates may require you to accept a new version before continuing to use SoulAI Adult. Where the product requires versioned re-acceptance, continued passive use alone does not constitute acceptance of a new version.
The current Adult Terms version identifier is 2026-08-15.
14. Privacy
Personal information related to SoulAI and SoulAI Adult is described in the Privacy Policy. These Adult Terms do not reproduce that policy in full.
Accepting these Adult Terms is not the same as giving explicit GDPR consent for a specific personal-data processing activity described in the Privacy Policy.
