This public page explains how SoulAI account deletion works for adults aged 18 and over. The web form below is not yet connected to a live submission endpoint, so submitting a request here is not yet possible.
Before you continue
- Use the email associated with your SoulAI account.
- Complete the confirmation when the service is activated.
- Follow the verification instructions sent to you.
Exact verification steps and deletion timelines will be shown in the product when the live deletion workflow is activated. Account content is removed through SoulAI's deletion path when that flow completes; residual processor logs, CDN caches, and backups may take longer to clear.
